How Does Consystex Work
Consystex has developed unique forming material technology and manufacturing processes for use in construction and infrastructure projects. We produce recyclable, lightweight and flexible formwork solutions, limiting waste and improving concrete use efficiency when compared to conventional formwork solutions.
Consultancy
We review your drawings with our in-house engineers, recommend the right forming system for your geometry and finish class, and quote a fixed cost against your project.
Manufacturing
Your forms are made to order in our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane facilities under controlled quality and safety processes — not imported, not off-the-shelf.
Supplying
We deliver nationally to your site on schedule, with live lead times and progress updates so your pour dates hold.
Best-in-class formwork service
Over 30 years we have developed our own forming-material technology and manufacturing processes for commercial and infrastructure projects — column forms, liners and finishes, domes and penetrations, and civil moulds, all engineered to your drawings.
Our methods are protected by 11 patents, including Australian Patent No. 2013344813 and New Zealand Patent No. 708026.
In-house engineering and design
Our engineers work from your drawings to design forms for your geometry — round, square, oval, raking, inclined, mushroom or fully custom columns from 150mm to 1800mm, plus liners, domes, penetrations and civil moulds.
Cost certainty
We quote a fixed cost against your project up front, with our lightweight EPS-based forms typically saving around 30% on freight versus traditional formwork.
Defined finish classes
We manufacture to a specified off-form finish — Class 3 spiral or Class 2 smooth — so the concrete you strike matches the surface your specification calls for.
Quality-controlled local manufacture
Every form is made to order in our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane facilities under controlled quality processes, then delivered nationally to your site on time.
