Mariano holds the most important role in Consystex. His business networking over decades with both customers and suppliers has enabled Consystex to establish itself as a leader in formwork solutions, and the intellectual property he has developed over the years has allowed Consystex to consolidate its position within the formwork industry.

Jorge is the National Business Development Manager at Consystex. He has over 12 years of experience in management, six of those years in the building, construction and manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on customer service, factory operations and networking. Jorge's role is to maintain strong business relationships, create new business opportunities and ensure continuous business growth, and he has played an important part in Consystex's expansion across Australia.

Carlos is the Technical Lead at Consystex and is responsible for developing construction designs, plans and schedules for formwork projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific. He brings a first-class approach to formwork engineering, complemented by his long-term exposure to projects of widely varying formwork complexity. Carlos has been a key driver at Consystex in developing new formwork methodologies that focus on the relationship between formwork design and customer service applications.

This role is primarily to assist in the efficient operation of the accounts department and process general accounts transactions. Full function accounts payable, full function accounts receivable, payroll, generate weekly/monthly reports for management, liaise with internal and external parties.

Van holds a key role at Consystex as head of the manufacturing team. His extensive experience gives him the capacity to coordinate the team, prioritise workloads and get the job done in the needed timeframe. He has a sound knowledge of technical drawings and can visualise finished products, as well as foresee any possible flaws in design, working in close coordination with Mariano at all times.

Beatriz is the Project Officer for Consystex - Melbourne. She ensures that processes and systems run smoothly by collecting and organising project data and processing stock orders to ensure timely project delivery. With a background in industrial engineering, Beatriz's strong focus on customer and supplier relationships allows her to maintain clear communication between the internal team and other stakeholders, keeping projects on track for delivery according to schedules and project plans.

Sandy is the technical assistant with extensive architecture background in both Australia and abroad in various architecture projects, including sports complexes and commercial developments. Her expertise in technical and architectural knowledge ensures optimal and efficient project execution, delivering the best possible solutions for your needs.

A graduate architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), with over 10 years' experience in a range of roles across South America and Australia. He currently works as a technical assistant in construction design at Consystex and is a passionate advocate for high-quality design, innovation and sustainable outcomes. He is well experienced in design, research, documentation and visualisation, and won second place in the Catholic University of Colombia Architecture Competition for low-cost design.

Architect specialist in Project Management from Colombia and a Master's in Project Management in Italy. Currently working as a technical assistant at Consystex. With 9 years of experience in various fields, including renewable energy projects, construction supervision and control, as well as the design and development of infrastructure for the National Army Engineers in Colombia. Her passion for construction and project management drives her to continuously create innovative solutions and contribute to the success of every challenge.
