Castle Residence

Castle Residence is a 37-storey mixed-use tower at the junction of Bathurst and Castlereagh Streets in the Sydney city centre, combining residential, hotel and retail spaces while honouring the heritage of Porter House through arched and apsed designs.

The facade features tapered eyebrows on levels 11 to 35 and dome-shaped apses on the podium at levels 1 to 9, created using specialised fibreglass and steel moulds with acrylic and epoxy linings. Bespoke ground floor columns showcase undulated concrete design elements, all delivered through Consystex's consultancy, design, manufacturing and supply services.
